then your body thinks something is wrong and it
begins to store and save fat as opposed to burning
it. Try eating lightly every two hours or when you
feel that first hunger pang. You will find that you
have more energy throughout your day instead of
waiting to eat a big lunch and then fighting sleep
for the next two to three hours as you process all
of those calories.
3. Exercise goes hand in hand with your diet so do
not neglect this important aspect of your weight
loss program. Successful and sustained weight loss
requires a commitment to physical activity. The best
way to achieve your goals is to work out in some
form each day for a minimum of 20 minutes. You can
go for a walk, do aerobics, yoga, swim or take part
in any type of physical activity that brings you
joy.
4. Variety is the one of the most important things
about following your weight loss program. If we get
bored, we tend to lose momentum with whatever we are
trying to accomplish so try to eat a variety of
foods. This includes fruits, vegetables and good
carbohydrates. This also applies to the types of
exercise that you choose to do. If you are doing the
same thing over and over, your body adapts and you
start to lose the benefits of the exercise so mix it
up for the best results.
